A Federated Network for
Human-Centered Work

This domain is part of the SoulWork Ecosystem — a peer-run, values-aligned federation of organizations built on lived experience, intentional companionship, and the WITH doctrine.

The WITH Doctrine

"WITH means we move together, side‑by‑side, without hierarchy or pressure. No one stands above, and no one stands below. Every step is a choice, not an obligation."

Ecosystem Glossary

Key terms used across the SoulWork federated network — plain language, no hierarchy.

WITH Doctrine

The relational ethic that governs all work in this ecosystem. WITH means horizontal — no one leads from above or is left behind. Every engagement is consensual, peer-led, and purpose-driven.

Federated Network

A structure where autonomous organizations share values and infrastructure without central control. Each node operates independently while remaining connected to the whole.

Peer-Led

Leadership and services grounded in lived experience — not credential hierarchy alone. The person who has been through something is a primary authority on that experience.

Secular Rites

Meaningful ceremonies and transitions that don't require religious affiliation — weddings, memorials, coming-of-age, recovery milestones, and other threshold moments held with intention.

Intentional Companionship

Deliberate, consensual presence — showing up WITH someone through difficult or transformative experiences. Not fixing, not guiding. Accompanying.

Public Benefit

All organizations in this network demonstrate clear, documentable benefit to the communities they serve. Transparency is non-negotiable. AI-assisted production is disclosed.

NonGoverning

An organization that holds space and relationship — not control. Governance through trust, consent, and mutual accountability rather than authority and compliance.

Recovery-Oriented

A posture that centers the whole person, not just their diagnosis or history. Recovery is self-defined, non-linear, and belongs to the individual — not the system.
